" Hello everyone! It's time for the last event of the introduction and we finish with a traditional Pepp-hour! We will be realeasing tickets for a spot at lophtet, and this year we will also open up for the possibility to sit outside (if the weather allows). We will be sending the powerhour video out for those who want to participate from home. Afterwards there is Sensation Red for those of you who have tickets for it and we will have an alternative at Lopthet as well.

Important to eat properly before this event, and remember that it's ok to not complete the entire powerhour!"
